An intentional afternoon to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of healing in community.

This isn't a vendor market. It's a thoughtfully curated experience where you'll explore practices that support nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, and meaningful connection.

What You Can Expect

• A welcoming opening circle to ground into the day together

• Time to connect with our carefully curated community partners, offering experiences such as massage, Reiki, yoga, menopause coaching, facial treatments, and spiritual wellness practices including tarot

• Guided group experiences including yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and ecstatic/conscious dance

• Nourishing food and an alcohol-free functional beverage station, generously sponsored by Ananda Elixirs

• Space to connect with like-minded women who value healing, growth, and community

• A closing circle and a thoughtfully curated gift bag to take home
